Farm

Healthy and genuine food produced by us

Our farm grows a wide variety of whole grains – such as Senatore Cappelli, Spelt (Dicocco, Monococco, and Spelta), Frassineto, Germanella, and Saragolla Rosso – which are then used to bake whole-wheat bread, biscuits, and fresella bread in our own wood-burning oven.
We also breed rabbits, chickens and hensfor eggs, and goats and cowsfor milk, which is then used to produce a wide variety of cheeses, such as primosale, cacioricotta, robiola, and caciocavallo.
We also produce vegetables and fruit, which are used to make preserves, sauces, marinated vegetables, marmalades, and jams. Finally, our olives become exquisite extra virgin olive oil, made unique by its pleasantly fruity taste.
All of our produce is grown according to organic regenerative agriculture techniques, based on simple agronomic, financial, and ecological principles.
