Each reservation written or telephonic will be regular only if it is perfected by the remittance of an earnest equal to the 30% of the complete amount for the stay.
Regulations have to be read, signed and sent by the customer before his arrival.
Settlement of stay will be paid at arrival in Farm holidays. Only cash payment is accepted.
At the arrival one will give caution money of € 50,00 for each room or apartment in case of damages (weekly stays).
A delayed arrival or an early departure will not have right to any repayment.
A delay of 24 hours on the previous arrival, if no communication has come, will authorize directing to annul reservation.
If one renounces the stay for a justified and documented reason the earnest will be payed back if the written renunciation will arrive 14 days before the date beginning the stay,
otherwise the earnest will be taken.
For the costumer the arrangements will be effected from 16 to 20 (hours time).
If there are unexpected circumstances for arrival, customers must call 0974/61370 by telephone. Rooms or apartments in this case will be consigned within and not later than 23.
Time for dinner is from 20,00 to 21,30.
The time for inspecting room or apartment, to verify probable damages to the room, apartment or furniture, is from 8 to 10 of the day leaving.
The delayed departure after 10 of the fixed day will take the payment of an added day.
On arrival each customer has to present himself to the Reception and give a valid identity card and to perform all formalities.
Animals are accepted but prudently (muzzle and certificate of vaccination) reaching an agreement (without disturbing or taking them in common space swimming pool, bar, dining room).
The troublesome noises, radios, car radios, televisions aloud are forbidden rigorously.
Silence has to be respectful of regulations and after 24.Customers not respectful of regulations and tranquillity will be set away from the farm holidays.
PARKING IS NOT CONTOLLED.
