
 The agricultural farm of 55 hectares mainly grows, com, maize, lucerne, Soya-bean and fodder. On 3 hectares we find about 1000 olive threes from which an excellent extra-virgin olive oil is extracted, which has a fruitful and intense taste in impassioned tasters opinion. Orange grove, orchard (peaches, apricots, apples, plums) a part of ground destined to the cultiv ation of vegetables and lemon are the basis of our farm holidays.
In our poultry-pen there are hens, chickens, turkeys, guinea hens and chicks, followed by the grunting of pigs and the sweetness of the little rabbits just born.
The farm offers its customers exquisite jams, from the most classic ones (oranges, peaches, apricots, plums and strawberries) to the most particular as kiwi, carrots, green tomatoes, bananas, lemons. Spirits are prepared according to what the season of fers.
Winter is the time suitable for the little strawberries of wood, spring for limoncello, a utumn for myrtle and summer for the spirit of basil, citronella, medlar , all these products are picked up very fresh and are macerated in 24 hours.
A bigger care is requested for the preparation and maturing of cold cuts which are the basis of our kitchen from the appetizers to the sauces unti1 the stuffing of the rustic pizzas, together with the cheese deriving from the sheep milk of our shepherd.
